My experience with Angela and Neal was a surprisingly pleasant and a thorough experience. What I mean, with all that was going on in my life at the time and not knowing whether to buy or rent, Angela and Neal were always there for me. I was coming from a great distance and Angela and Neal where always on time( I wasn’t always and would have to call them on my delay) and always available to communicate change of plans, etc. What I’m saying, is they were understanding and flexible of my shortcomings and lack of knowledge on the home buying experience. And if she didn’t have a answer for a question or I had a concern, she always followed up with me immediately. We are first time home buyers and Neal never acted like any questions/concerns was stupid. He helped us out tremendously with dealing with our bank (USAA-which recommend for NO ONE to ever use them).
